Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive, painless and effective treatment that uses red light wavelengths (660nm visible and 850nm near-infrared.) This therapy offers an array of benefits from relieving pain, rejuvenating skin, increasing blood circulation, accelerating healing, reducing inflammation, improving your sleep quality and mental well being.

It works by using specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular activity, potentially promoting collagen production, reducing inflammation, and accelerating the body’s natural healing process. You will feel better after one session. For optimal results, it is recommended to use 3-5 times a week and then monthly maintenance.

Lighter garments (underwear, bras, and socks) may be worn without hampering a treatment, though the covered areas not exposed directly to the light won’t receive any benefits.

Red Light Therapy is not recommended for clients with active cancer, have photosensitivity, pregnant or breastfeeding, eye conditions and seizure disorders, open wounds or skin lesions, certain medications such as  Amiodarone (for heart rhythm), Methotrexate (for arthritis and cancer), and Isotretinoin (for acne.)
