Appointments
Natural Healing Day Spa highly recommends making advanced appointments. We are by appointment only and due to the high demand of our services, last minute and walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed.

Attire
For your comfort and convenience, wear loose clothes that can easily be taken on and off. Slip on shoes is recommended. Please avoid wearing excessive jewelry. We supply spa robes to easily transition between service rooms. Bring a bathing suit or extra undergarments if you would like to keep them on for comfort under our Vichy Shower.

Check- In Information
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow adequate time to complete the necessary intake forms and to start your services on time.

Gratuities
Our staff is comprised of the highest caliber Licensed Massage Therapists and Licensed Esthetician. We are committed to providing superior service to our clients and gratuities are not included in our regular spa service prices. 15%-20% of your service value is an appropriate amount and can be added to your credit card or cash can be left in an envelope and given to your therapist. We greatly appreciate it. 18% gratuity is included in all of our Spa Package Pricing.  

Cancel or Change Request
Since we reserve this special time for you and turn away other clients to accommodate your spa service requests, we do require you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or change the time to avoid the cancellation charge.

Late  Arrival or No Show
Since we reserve this special time for you and we have other clients who are scheduled to receive spa services after you, we are not able to extend spa service times to accommodate your late arrival. Additionally, you will be charged full value for all reserved spa services.

Personal Possessions
We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles. We recommend that you do not bring or wear jewelry or any other items of value as we will ask you to remove them for your services.

Cell Phones & Children
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off all cell phones and kindly request children do not accompany you for your spa visit.

Guest Satisfaction
To ensure your satisfaction, it is important for you to communicate your concerns and/or desired outcomes with your assigned Licensed Massage Therapist. Always let them know if you are uncomfortable, or need more/less pressure.

General Refund Policy
We will not issue any refund on any spa service where a client leaves the premises after the time of service and contacts manager after the fact. The time for any kind of complaint about service is during the service and you should speak directly to the assigned team member. The team member can directly handle your concern. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to end the service immediately. However, you will pay for services render up to the service ending. You also have the right to speak with the manager.
